The return condition is up to 14 working days after the date of receipt in undamaged packaging and label holder. The return can be with any courier company, and is at the customer's expense.

The shipment must be returned to our administrative office at the following address: Sofia, 1A Plachkovica Str., 2nd floor, apt. 2. Please include a note inside the shipment with your full name and bank account number. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.

All glasses have 100% UV protection, polarization and a certificate of quality and origin. The only glasses that do not have polarization are the “glasant” type sunglasses, those that do not have a frame around the lenses.

The color of the lenses has no bearing on the protection they provide. And completely transparent lenses can have 100% UV protection. The color of the lenses provides different degrees of darkening, indicated in 4 categories from 0 to 4.

All KWIAT glasses have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
